For this documentary, I developed the opening title sequence, visual identity, and motion design package. The creative direction focused on portraying the story as a historical investigation, blending archaeological references, watercolor aesthetic, and cinematic environments to create a sense of discovery, faith, and historical depth.
My role here was, Creative Concept Development, Art Direction, Title Design, Motion Design, Animation and Compositing.
Featured as part of holiday programming, this documentary was broadcasted nationally on Univision and VIX. I also supported the promotional campaign across broadcast and streaming platforms.
Moodboard
Editorial Typography
A classical serif was selected to convey historical credibility while complementing the documentary's investigative tone.
Material Language
Weathered paper, stone, and ink textures evoke archaeological research and the passage of time.
Color Palette
Warm gold accents reference divinity and sacred iconography, contrasted with deep blues to create a cinematic, contemplative atmosphere.
Visual Motif
The Star of Bethlehem serves as a recurring guide through the sequence, symbolizing both faith and discovery.

Visual Identity Development
The visual identity was developed around the concept of faith through discovery, balancing historical authenticity with cinematic storytelling. Inspired by ancient cartography, archaeological textures, and the symbolic Star of Bethlehem, the title system combines classical typography with restrained editorial design to reinforce the documentary's investigative narrative.
